Skincare Favorites

When it comes to skincare, there are many products that I find to fall into the category of “just okay.”  There are very few repurchases or holy grail products in my collection. While I’m not sure whether or not these are worthy of the acclaimed holy grail status yet, here are some skincare products that are giving me some positive vibes.

1: Nivea Creme Moisture Body Wash: This my body wash, shaving cream, and ultra-mild moisturizer in one. While it’s definitely no replacement for an actual moisturizer, it doesn’t dry out my skin or leave any gross residue behind. It works, and I would definitely buy it again.

2: DG Body Deep Cleaning Astringent: Sometimes my facial cleanser just isn’t enough. I need an extra pow, a nice boost, a safety net for my lazy scrubbing habits.

3: Mary Kay TimeWise Even Complexion Mask: I have endless facial mask frenzy, and this is one of my top picks. It’s of a much thinner consistency than I’m used to dealing with, which is great for when you hit the bottom of the bottle. The packaging is very simplistic, and doesn’t crack after intense use. Plus, it helps calm down my breakouts.

4: Elizavecca Milky Piggy Bubble Clay Mask: What can I say about this mask that I haven’t already said about this mask? It’s a light exfoliater and is gentle on the skin as it works its magic. It breaks down makeup and dirt left on the face, leaving baby soft, smooth, and clean skin underneath.

5: St. Ives Naturally Soothing Oatmeal & Shea Butter Lotion: This is my tried and true, my one lotion love. I’ve been rocking this since early high school and it’s the only body lotion that I’ve visited on multiple occasions. In addition to calming down the reptilian dry patches that pop up on my skin, it’s also great for mosquito bites!

Thanks for reading!

Until next time, have an awesome rest of your day and an amazing rest of your week!
