November has finally brought out the full autumn vibes that I’ve been waiting for! I’m talking sweater weather! I’m talking cup-full-of-tea weather! I’m talking that snuggle-up-under-your-blanket-while-eating-two-slices-of-warm-pie type of weather! The leaves are all warm toned and on the ground! All of my favorite shows are at their peak! It’s been pretty amazing and here are some more amazing things from my November!
Elf Shimmering Facial Whip in Golden Peach
I’ve always known that powders blend better on top of powders and creams go better on top of creams, but I could never bring myself to put highlight on so early into my routine, even if I knew it would blend better on top of my liquid foundation. For some wild reason, I gave it a try this past month, and it was glorious! It gives such a seamless and natural glow and practically melts into the skin. It’s a great use of $1!
Lorac Pro Matte Eyeshadow Palette
This palette usually only has two uses for my eyes – either it’s going to be my teeny travel palette or something to darken up the crease of a more dramatic look. It was only recently that I started using it to create a soft and sultry everyday eye, by throwing some of those brown shades on the lid and into the crease. It always gives me a perfect and glorious fall-ready look!
AOA Wonder Metal Liquid Lipsticks
If you haven’t checked out my first impressions of Miss A’s lineup, 1) get it together and 2) you’ve missed out on how bomb these are! They’re metallic, but not overly dramatic. They don’t sink into my 1,000 lip creases or just fall off my lips (yes, I’ve had a liquid lip that’s literally fallen off before). They’re an amazing and cheap purchase.
AOA Wonder Liplock “Potion” Matte in Modern
I think I like this so much, because it’s a close dupe of my Lorac Alter Ego Lipstick in Dominatrix. This one is a little more plum, while Dominatrix leans more toward that oxblood-burrgundy type of tone that I like. It’s a comfortable and long wearing formula and definitely a great alternative to one of my favorite lippies!
Over-sized Two Striped Sweater
If I’ve learned anything from my obsession with this sweater, it’s that I need to go thrift shopping way more often. I originally posted about this in my Thrify Queen Fall Hall and have been wearing it ever since. Every morning I have to force myself to throw on something else. It’s not even particularly warm or super soft, but it’s definitely pretty cozy and adds a cool, sporty vibe to my look.
Also, I am going to be doing Blogmas this year! Everyday for the next 25 days I will grace your newsfeed, tablets, cell phones, or computer screens with a new post, so get prepared for a Liv Overload!
What’s your November love?
Thanks for reading!
Until next time, have an awesome rest of your day and an amazing rest of your week!
