Winter Essentials – Blogmas Day 6

While December brings great things, like Blogmas, it also brings some things that aren’t great at all, like frigid temperatures. Don’t get me wrong! I love winter! I love bundling up! But sometimes it gets so cold that it feels like my fingers are going to fall off. So here is a post for all of you who love the cold but hate feeling like you’ll lose your extremities! Here are my winter essential!

Ear Muffs

I know many people love a warm and slouchy beanie during this time of the year, but I usually save hats for when it’s actively snowing. At any other point I just focus on protecting my ears with some ear muffs! They’re a super cute accessory and they won’t give you hat-head! I recommend investing in a pair that fold or roll up!

Blanket Scarf

There are so many scarf options out there, but the only one that you truly need for the winter season is a blanket one. When you’re outside, swaddle it around your neck and chest for warmth and protection. When you’re inside, wrap it around your shoulders like a blanket so that you have the comfort of being home wherever you are!

Mitten-Gloves!

I stan for gloves that are also mittens! They give you the warmth and comfort of mittens, but also fold down so that you can have full range of your fingers! They’re good for people who want warm hands but also want to be able to, well, do things!

Spicy Tea

Warm yourself up from the inside out with some tea! Of course, you could have any drink to achieve this goal, but I prefer a tea, because it tends to be the easiest on my stomach. I specifically recommend one that has more spice to it for extra warming powers! I’ve been drinking the Bengal Spice tea from Celestial Seasonings!
